Can you guys do dinosaurs? Jurassic Park, will rise again.

I think that cloning would be very good for the world we live in. Parents who could never have children could. Farmers cou ld clone their prize livestock. There would of course be a few drawbacks, but the possibility for good would be immense.

Are you all crazy? This world can barely cope with one of me let alone two.

Pat Cheng puccoon@hotmail.com97.03.27
Personally, I am pro-cloning all the way. A DreamTech-like company would be unpalatable because of the crass commercialism , not the cloning itself. Cloning can bring profound benefits.

Pat Cheng pucccoon@hotmail.com97.03.27
The question is not whether cloning is right or wrong or acceptable or unacceptable. There isn't even need for debate. It is horrific that people, out of their own religious or moralistic or o ther convictions, want to impose their sensibilities on others. Why should you care if my baby is cloned? How are you affected? Banning cloning is like banning sodomy -- it is interfering in others lives and as such a throwback to the Dark Ages.

It's just a pointless idea. Cloning is unacceptable!

Can you obtain Tom Cruise's DNA?? If so, can I pay for someone else to birth and raise the child in exchange for marriage privilages 20 years later? Money is not a object, will pay anything.

You are all missing the point about cloning. It's not about individuality, or even how the clones will fare. It's about w hat we, the human race, are. Ever since the dawn of civilization, humans have procreated through the union of a man and a woman. Changing that by starting to clone humans would redefine us, and put us in the same bracket with other organisms that reproduc e asexually - amoeba and bacteria.

I like the idea of cloning, but only if we can advance-age the clonees to a certain state. I really need a vacation, but i f I cloned myself to fill in while I'm gone, I'd have to wait at least 30 years before I could go, at which time I'd already be retired....can't you fix this problem?

Is this an early April fools' joke? Surely you can not be serious?

Love your site! Didn' t spot a single typo, layout is well-done, and you have a fine, subtle sense of the absurd. Congratulations on a job well done!

Thanks for pointing out some of the silliness of the instant and ill-considered media-incited public reaction against cloning. Sure, as with any new technology, there are concerns to address. That's no reason to ban it!

Mary had a little lamb,
This story is so sad,
Conceived of neither ewe nor ram,
Its fleece was Highland plaid.

Send in the Clones!
Wasn't this a popular tune?

Jim Lemaster 97.03.23
Keep up the goo d work. I have always wanted twins and while not anti-cloning have wanted a natural child. Can we clone our little zygote, implant it with the original and then have twins? Oh, I hope you say yes. Please send a price quote.

LuckyG 97.03.19
Hey, if it works, why not. We don't need any more ugly people in this world. Cloning will make everyone beautiful.

Dean Gates 97.03.18
Scary implications can be forseen but there are also some possible contributions to be made by cloning. Discussion should be foremost before hasty decisions are made.

JoAnne DeSoto 97.03.18
I can't wait f or you to become a reality! I do hope something like this will be available soon.

Quentin Bensworth 97.03.18
What you are doing is unacceptable. You are playing God. This could well be the end of humankind. Repent while it is not too late. You must stop what you are doing at once.
