It may sound selfish, but first we should use these technologies to fight diseases and other illness first on already natural born people. Cloning alone can not be the answer, it's like giving the world to "others" in stead to live in it ourselves.... so what next? Can we differt al effort in our neighbours?

But isn't it scary if the world is too perfect such that it gives humans the illusion of invincibility?It's the bad that makes us appreciate the good. But of coz I'm all for genetic engineerin especially in medicinal science eg. artificial clones of body parts...etc...

It's good to know that we can finally clone living beings, it brings us one step closer to our full potential in genetic manipulation. Hopefully, because of research on cloning and other areas of genetic engineering we will be able to wipe out deformaties, diseases, and possibly one day , even death!

Of course, this will enver happen if religion continues to have it's sway over world governments. Blinding poeple through thier outrageous lies and senseless bigotry. Using lame-brained excuses like "humans should have a soul". Of course they would say that, it would give them another group of human beings to discredit and possibly in the end slaughter. Why not, they're different after all. The condemming of relgion is the last step in our eveolutionary process as a species, without it we will either all kill ourselves when we find out it's all been a lie or we'll stagnate into mindless cretens obeying the commands of anyone who says they "know" God. Ohh wait, we already are, oh well so much for my future!

It is shocking how many people don't take this seriously at all. It is not a good idea to get our material world more focused on outward appearance than actual who people are. "Perfect" is not perfect if you are have no depth, no character, and no integrity.
