You guys are twisted. Let nature take its course. Besides, having sex for reproduction is more fun than cloning anyways. Oh, yeah, your $80,000 Cindy Crawford is way overpriced. I could get a girl that looks twice as good as she does, and it wouldn't cost me a damn dime. Talk to you FREAKS later.

Dan McInnis dmcinnis@ithaca.edu 98.10.30
A clone of myself only with the gender switched. Too WEIRD!

whatever you want it to be scum63@aol.com 98.10.28
if only this were true. i wonder how much i would sell for. hell michael jackson is only 300 bucks...now all my sexual fantasies will come true. ha. well, i DO need a date, id love to clone myself. (were all so selfish in the long run).
id love to fall in love with myself.

In some cases cloning can be good for instance with animals I can see how it would help with livestock. However I have to draw a line after reading the article about growing headless humans just to create more organs. I completely agree with one comment made in the article about how it would be mutating a life and creating it for the sole purpose to serve the people who "deserve" it. Personally I think there's a reason why people or animals die and messing with nature is going to turn us into one sick society. But if the people want to create one Hitleresque world where everyone is "perfect" and uniform then we might as well start eliminating the "losers" now! That's sick! Be happy that we have our differences! And accept the fact that death is natural!

Ryan L. get-a-life@mailexcite.com 98.10.26
Just a few words...If I were cloned, then the world would be twice as good as it is now!!!

Kim 98.10.25
I think people are putting themselves way too high on pedastool of life. Who came to the conclusion that we can play God? Some things are better left to mother nature. The whole notion of cloning (and the people involved) disgusts me.

Eric C. 98.10.23
It's great, I'd love to have a clone of myself. You know, I'm
just sooooo sexy and great, that's just unfair that there's just one Eric C. in the whole world! So make this world a better place and clone me several times!

David Love dlove@uni.uiuc.edu 98.10.23

I am reacting to your negative remark regarding snakes (i.e. "just buy another one" ... I think this opinion should be revisited. The diversity of life on this planet includes many inter-related organisms and reptiles are the most imperriled vertebrates and an important element in the food chain and responsible for consuming rodents, etc.

Many snakes are rare (and expensive; some ones sell for $10-26K ea.) and most are probably better canidates for cloning than most humans.

So while the technology is fascinating; the ethics of cloning more people into an already crowded world is suspect. Why not start with tigers, white rhinos, moas, and work your way down to people.

Cloning is cool. Now I have 55 older brothers and 35 young brothers who are geneticly as smart as I am. We are going to take over the world and make cloning the only way to reproduce.

Lauren tygre628@aol.com 98.10.21
I used to think that I was perfectly happy being completely oblivious to the issues surrounding cloning - human or otherwise. Now I am certain of one thing. As entertaining as your site is, and as pointed and revealing, it shows me the aspect of cloning I hope I never encounter. I am not anti-cloning, and I am not pro-cloning. I only hope that if cloning humans becomes a reality for the general public, it doesn't turn out like this.
Those testimonials were really freaky! The one about the little girl's friend who died and was "resurrected" by science is just sick.
Overall, good page, and way to make a point!
Oh, and Micheal Jackson was way overpriced!

This would be a wonderful option for people who need help having a family. I hope you get this company off the ground soon. Also, you would do everyone a favor by only showing the serious replies to your web site. I am not posting my e-mail for this reason.

I'm not sure about cloning your friends or family or any one else for that matter I think GOD created us to be UNIQUE so I don't really agree with it SORRY.

MoonDog9 98.10.15
Thanks for the information. I am doing a term paper on the subject of cloning, and this is going to be my primary source of information. Sure, Sure, I have read the "about us" section, but why should truth interfere with a good story.
I think that this sight is very ominous, because companies of the future will probably be selling clones. Is that a bad thing? Only time will tell.

Excellent stuff. I like the way you point out that a clone is not guaranteed to become like its originator - these ideas really need debunking. (But see PS)

Recommended reading:
Jack Vance anticipated the social effects of cloning in his science-fiction book "To live forever" (written 1960's ?). It was a pretty good story as well and included the "backup embryo's" idea. In summary - only the elite get cloned, and everyone else rebels, eventually (particularly the backup clones).

PS - When Dolly the sheep was cloned a national newspaper in the UK announced that Dolly was unique...thereby missing the point somewhat.

i'm looking forward to my new clone, of the opposite sex; the possibilities are endless...moreover, the cheap labor aspect should be developed more; i would be interested in a strain of low brain, hi-speed drug runners, with irritating body odor(to decieve the dogs)...thanks, and awaiting delivery, narcissa

I am hysterical, really. This site was entertaining as well as scary. Its very strange to me how much our technology is advancing. What goes on??? We're cloning?? We have caught up to the Twilight Zone, Frankenstien, and Star Trek. Part of me still wishes it was the 80's.

Tiffany Tomboycuti@aol.com 98.10.13
You guys have way too much time on your hand if you can make and elaborate sight like this. GET A JOB AND A LIFE.

Money doesn't matter.

YOU GUYS ARE WACKED. I'M PRO-CLONING BECAUSE IT IS A WAY TO SAVE LIVES, HELP FAMILIES, AND FURTHER THE HUMAN SPECIES. BUT SELLING CLONES OF CELEBRITIES, THAT'S JUST WRONG. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HAVE YOUR HEADS CHECKED. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU SUCKERED INTO THIS SCAM? hUMAN CLONING ISN'T EVEN A VIABLE POSSIBILITY YET.

megan p_megan 98.10.03
I am writing a research paper on cloning and I am trying to find out more information on cloning and why people are for and against it.

When they invented the nuclear bomb and tried it and killed in few seconds at Hiroshima and nakazaki around 500,000 people every body was happy because it ended the war and gave supremacy to certain nations.
Now somebody is creating better human beings, nicer, better looking, no genes defects, choosing the sex, making healthier, more intelligent generations later on.. everybody is objecting !

Anyway Science will go on...
instead of all objections unless the Anties can change History by mere talking and objecting.
